Purchase & Scheduling Terms

We understand that both performers and coaches work in industries where schedules can change quickly. The policies below apply to all purchases and are designed to be fair, clear, and respectful of everyone’s time.

Coach Availability

DialectCoaches.com coaches are working professionals. On rare occasions, a coach may become contracted on a film or television project and be required to work during a previously scheduled session.

  • Your coach will make every effort to keep your session as planned

  • If a change is unavoidable, your coach will notify you as quickly as possible

  • Coaches will be as accommodating as they can when rescheduling is required

Client Schedule Changes

We understand that last-minute changes may arise for you as well.

  • If you need to change a session, please notify your coach as soon as possible

  • Text message is often the fastest and most effective way to communicate

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

The amount of credit you retain depends on how much notice is given:

  • 24 hours or more notice

    • Session may be rescheduled

    • Full credit applies

  • Between 12 and 24 hours’ notice

    • 50% of the session value is retained as credit

    • Example: a 60-minute session becomes a 30-minute reschedule credit

  • Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows

    • Session time is forfeited

    • No credit applies

Purchases & Refunds

When you book a session or purchase a package, that time is reserved specifically for you and is unavailable to other clients.

For this reason:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable

  • Sessions may be rescheduled when proper notice is given, as outlined above

  • We encourage ongoing communication with your coach if your schedule shifts

Session Expiration

  • All purchased sessions remain valid for one year from the date of purchase

  • Any unused sessions expire after one year and are no longer available for use or credit
