Pamela Vanderway is the founder of DialectCoaches.com and a Linguistic Strategist specializing in voice and accent coaching. With a background in phonology (the study of language sounds), cognitive science, sociolinguistics, acting, film and television production, Metta Yoga, and Stoic philosophy, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work.

Pamela collaborates directly with producers to assess scripts, helping them determine which accents will best support their actors' performances. She provides guidance on budgeting for and planning actor accent training and assists in selecting the right dialect coach for each production.

She also works one-on-one with actors, stand-up comedians, tribute artists, and voiceover performers, helping them develop the skills needed to communicate authentically in additional accents. Her coaching ensures that their performances are both accurate and natural.
